Use of the platform

Visitors may browse the public catalog and open template demos. Free downloads may require registration. Premium downloads require a completed payment and may be delivered through a protected account or download gate.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate contact information. Access may be limited if the account is misused.

Digital products

Templates are digital products delivered electronically. Once download access is granted, the files can be copied and used immediately. Except where required by law, digital template purchases are final after access has been delivered.

Refunds and defective files

If a purchased template cannot be downloaded, is incomplete or contains a technical packaging error, the user should contact support with the order information. templates.inuno.app may provide a fixed file, replacement access or a refund where appropriate.

Availability and updates

The platform aims to keep previews, downloads and account access available, but maintenance, hosting issues or security measures can temporarily limit access. Template updates may be offered but are not guaranteed unless stated separately.

Fair use

Users may customize templates for websites and client work under the license terms. Resale, mass redistribution, automated scraping of downloads and competing template collections are not allowed.

Marketing and product information

Template descriptions, screenshots, prices and license labels should be presented clearly. Online sales and advertising claims are guided by general U.S. truth-in-advertising principles.
