ประกาศนี้อธิบาย withdrawal, refunds และ digital delivery สำหรับ free และ premium templates บน templates.inuno.app.
Digital delivery
Templates are delivered as digital files or protected download access. Once access is enabled, the content can be downloaded, copied and used immediately.
Premium downloads
Premium template access may be provided immediately after successful payment. If a statutory withdrawal right applies, it may end for digital content once the user expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that the withdrawal right is lost as a result.
Defective files
If a purchased template is technically corrupted, incomplete or unavailable for download, contact support with the order reference, template name and issue description. templates.inuno.app may provide a corrected file, replacement access or an appropriate refund.
Free templates
Free templates are provided without a purchase price. Free downloads are not refundable, but technical problems can still be reported through support.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not intended where the download was successfully provided, the template has already been used or copied and no technical package defect exists, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
How to request
Refund or withdrawal requests can be sent through the contact page. Include the order reference, account e-mail, template name and a short reason.
Checkout confirmation
Before purchase, checkout should confirm: Terms, license terms and privacy policy are accepted; for premium downloads the user consents to immediate digital access and acknowledges the possible loss of withdrawal rights.
Mandatory rights
These notices do not limit mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law grants additional rights, those statutory rights apply.
