Chính sách này giải thích cách templates.inuno.app thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và chia sẻ thông tin khi khách truy cập duyệt template, tạo tài khoản, tải file, mua sản phẩm premium hoặc liên hệ hỗ trợ.
Truy cập và server logs
Khi website được truy cập, môi trường hosting xử lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật như địa chỉ IP, ngày giờ, URL được yêu cầu, referrer, thông tin trình duyệt hoặc thiết bị và status codes. Điều này cần thiết để cung cấp website, giám sát bảo mật, ngăn lạm dụng và xử lý lỗi.
Tài khoản và tải xuống
Nếu tài khoản được bật, templates.inuno.app lưu thông tin cần thiết để cung cấp tài khoản và thư viện tải xuống: e-mail, password hash, ngôn ngữ ưu tiên, dữ liệu login/session, template đã tải, giao dịch mua và timestamps.
Thanh toán
Giao dịch mua premium template được xử lý qua Stripe Checkout. Stripe xử lý thông tin thanh toán theo điều khoản quyền riêng tư riêng. templates.inuno.app lưu order references, trạng thái mua, sản phẩm, số tiền, tiền tệ, billing reference và dữ liệu cần cho download access, kế toán, fraud prevention và hỗ trợ.
Liên hệ và hỗ trợ
Khi khách truy cập liên hệ hỗ trợ, tên, e-mail, chủ đề, tin nhắn, ngôn ngữ, URL trang và dữ liệu bảo mật kỹ thuật đã hash được lưu trong database và dùng để trả lời yêu cầu. Form liên hệ dùng Google reCAPTCHA v3 để giảm spam và lạm dụng.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses necessary cookies or local storage for sessions, login status, form protection, selected language and theme preferences. Optional analytics cookies, advertising pixels or newsletter tracking cookies are currently not planned as mandatory platform components. If such services are activated later, appropriate consent handling will be added first.
Rights and deletion
Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data where applicable law provides those rights. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact page. Certain records may be retained where necessary for orders, tax, security, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
California and U.S. privacy notices
California privacy laws can require commercial websites that collect personal information from California residents to post a privacy policy identifying categories of collected information and categories of third parties with whom information is shared. templates.inuno.app does not sell personal information and is not intended for children under 13.
Retention
Contact requests are stored for as long as needed to process the request, answer follow-ups, prevent abuse or keep appropriate records. Order, payment and license data may be retained longer where accounting, tax, fraud prevention, support or legal claims require it.
International processing
templates.inuno.app is operated from the United States and may use service providers such as hosting, Stripe or Google that process data in the United States or other countries. If users access the platform from other regions, data may be transferred to those countries.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the platform adds accounts, payment flows, analytics, downloads, support tools or new legal requirements. Privacy requests and questions can be sent through the contact page.
