Withdrawal और refunds
ये notices templates.inuno.app पर free और premium templates के withdrawal, refunds और digital delivery को explain करते हैं।
Digital delivery
Templates digital files या protected download access के रूप में deliver होते हैं। Access enabled होने के बाद content तुरंत download, copy और use किया जा सकता है।
Premium downloads
Premium template access successful payment के बाद immediately दिया जा सकता है। Statutory withdrawal right लागू होने पर user immediate delivery consent और withdrawal right loss acknowledge करता है तो digital content के लिए वह समाप्त हो सकता है।
Defective files
Purchased template technically corrupted, incomplete या unavailable हो तो order reference, template name और issue description के साथ support से संपर्क करें।
Free templates
Free templates purchase price के बिना provided हैं। Free downloads refundable नहीं हैं, लेकिन technical problems support को report किए जा सकते हैं।
Non-refundable cases
जहां download successfully provided हो चुका है, template use/copy हो चुका है और कोई technical package defect नहीं है, वहां refunds intended नहीं हैं, जब तक applicable law अलग न कहे।
Request कैसे करें
Refund या withdrawal requests contact page से भेजें। Order reference, account e-mail, template name और short reason शामिल करें।
Checkout confirmation
Purchase से पहले checkout confirm करे: Terms, license terms और privacy policy accepted हैं; premium downloads के लिए user immediate digital access consent देता है और possible withdrawal right loss acknowledge करता है।
Mandatory rights
ये notices mandatory consumer rights को limit नहीं करते। Applicable law additional rights देता है तो वे statutory rights apply होते हैं।
